RAF A 1134 intercom amplifier as used on Lancaster

An A-1134 intercom amplifier as used on the heavy bombers including the Lancaster. The amplifier could be supplied either by internal batteries or an external power supply plugged into the front socket. Two cables with plugs plugged the amplifier onto a plugboard to make all the connections with the aircraft's intercom. The amplifier is looking a bit worse for wear but is in complete condition. The cloth of the cables is fraying in places and the tip of the on/off switch has broken off (the switch remains operable though).
