A Wehrmacht double drum carrier for ammunition drums for the MG34 and MG42 machine guns. Two 50-round ammunition drums could be stored and carried in these frames. The frame and drums are in good condition, overpainted at some point. Some faint markings visible under the paint, amongs which the 43 manufacture date.
