Original Paratrooper first aid pack

An original US paratrooper first aid pack as often worn on the helmet. I can feel a morphine syrette inside but I am not sure if it is the original or replaced (Most of these packs were opened to remove the original syrette before sold as surplus after the war). The pack is in good condition but the rubber starts to feels sligthly brittle with age.
